We moved last year into a new home. We had a long list of wants for our new home and we finally found one. One of my wants was a craft room. I've had one in our last few places but I knew with this being (hopefully) our forever home I wanted to be pickier about the space. When I saw this space I fell in love. I spend a lot of time in my room upstairs and I have been so inspired to create since I got the room.
Anyway, on to today's cards. I am still working with the Jingle All the Way set from Stampin Up. I purchased it last year but we moved two days before Christmas so most of my holiday crafting was cut off. I am making up for lost time this year!
I created 4 cards that are similar and just vary by color and sentiment. I used several different products to create these.
I used the woodlands embossing folder, jingle all the way dies, some tree stamps, vellum, and glitter paper to create the front of this card.
I love how soft the details on the vellum are. The sleigh and horse are just perfect for the card. The little pops of glitter and shimmer add just a little bling to the card without taking away from the simplicity.
I created a very similar card in grey. I alternated the sentiments from Jingle all the way to Silent night. I added the jingle bell to all of them.
For the insides I had to add a blank panel to go behind the vellum. I loved this sentiment. In some of the cards I added Wishing you the Happiest of Holidays.
Now I just need to start addressing envelopes so I can actually get some cards in the mail this year!
